Brendan Lynch - Co-founder
Brendan Lynch is a seasoned entrepreneur and corporate development executive.
Mr. Lynch has a diverse background and unique experience in finance, marketing and operations in sectors including digital media/internet, e-commerce, action sports, home video, video-on-demand, investment banking, and strategy consulting.
Mr. Lynch has developed, launched and managed numerous digital media and content-focused companies including Billygoat Distribution (action sports film distribution) which he sold in 2004. In addition, Mr. Lynch has consulted for various media companies and action sports/lifestyle brands including Quiksilver Entertainment and Aaron Chang Clothing (a division of Petters Group Worldwide) providing business development and strategic advisory services.
Mr. Lynch holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Jacksonville University.
Mr. Lynch is an avid surfer and skier.
Sergio Salas - Co-founder
Sergio Salas is an accomplished Operations executive and entrepreneur with experience in start-ups, turnarounds and acquisition growth-based companies.
Mr. Salas has served as a Senior Executive and Director for several innovative technology companies and was the founder and president of FluoroLogic, LLC, an engineering and manufacturing firm. In addition, he has experience identifying, researching and developing innovative business models involving new media and emerging markets in partnership with Fortune 100 companies.
Mr. Salas holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
Mr. Salas is a devoted father and husband. He is also an enthusiastic, albeit less-than-skillful, surfer as well as a pedestrian snowboarder.
